The company have enjoyed success in the Healthcare market with their flagship UVD Disinfection Robot. These robots aim to tackle Healthcare Associated Infections and they provide efficient and automated disinfection solutions for hospitals and life science customers. To lead the company into an exciting next phase of growth, they are now looking to appoint a new regional Account Manager based ideally in Atlanta, Georgia.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager with a strong track record selling capital equipment into hospitals to join our growing team in the US. This role will focus on hospital sales across Georgia and neighbouring states, promoting our disinfection robotics products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales and a passion for improving health outcomes through technology. The position will predominantly focus on managing existing accounts and developing new strategic customers in Georgia and surrounding states.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities including the C-suite
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate potential clients on the benefits of the company’s product offerings
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base within the healthcare sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and applications, to enhance customer experience
- Communicating effectively with hospital finance departments
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities
- Provide regular, accurate and transparent reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Proven experience selling capital equipment into hospitals
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and the capital purchasing processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within Texas and surrounding states as needed
